Mykonos Town's First Barbershop: Where the Cut Is a Ritual

Mykonos is known for its windmills, its whitewashed lanes and its long summer nights. What fewer visitors notice is that the island keeps a quiet grooming tradition of its own — and it runs straight through the barber's chair.

Barbershop Mykonos opened in 2015 as the first barbershop in Mykonos Town. Years on, the chair still means what it always has: a few minutes that are entirely yours, sitting somewhere between a haircut and a ritual.

A cut is never just a cut

Walk in and the first thing that happens isn't the clippers — it's the conversation. A proper consultation: how you wear it, how it grows, how much time you actually give it in the morning. The cut is built around your answer, not around a number on a guard. Wash, finish, and you leave looking like the sharper version of yourself.

Built for the island

Salt, sun and sea do their own thing to your hair, and our barbers cut for exactly that. A clean skin fade that holds its shape deep into August. A precision haircut that grows out gracefully instead of falling apart in a week. A beard trim and line-up sealed with oil and a hot towel, so your edges stay crisp on and off the beach.

Two shops, plus the chair that comes to you

You'll find us at two locations on the island — Fabrika and Argyraina — each holding the same standard. And when you can't make it in, we bring the barbershop to you: villa, yacht or hotel, anywhere on Mykonos, by arrangement.
